Order Processing

Delivery Estimates
Within Abuja: Up to 48 hours.

Other States in Nigeria: 3 to 7 working days after dispatch, depending on the delivery option selected.

International Orders: 7 to 14 business days after dispatch, subject to customs clearance.

Please note that these delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, customs clearance, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Custom printed fabrics are made to order and require approximately 3 to 4 weeks from design approval before dispatch.

Receiving Your Order

Please ensure that the shipping address, contact details, and delivery information provided at checkout are accurate.

Where a signature is required, responsibility for the order passes to the recipient once the package has been delivered and signed for.

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, any additional shipping or return charges incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by the destination country.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos so we can investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
