What file formats do you accept?
We accept PNG, JPG, PDF and Adobe Illustrator (AI) files. For best results upload your design at 300 DPI or higher.
What fabric bases are available for custom printing?
You can print on silk, chiffon, crepe and organza. More bases may be available on request.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order is 5 yards per design.
Can I order a sample before placing a full order?
Yes, sample swatches are available. Simply mention it in your additional notes when you submit the form.
Can I use a design from your design library instead of uploading my own?
Absolutely. Browse our available designs and mention your preferred design in the notes field when submitting your request.
Delivery & Payment Information
How do I pay for my custom order?
Payment details are shared after we confirm your order on WhatsApp. We accept bank transfer, Paystack and Flutterwave.
Do I pay before or after confirmation?
We confirm all details with you on WhatsApp first before any payment is required. No surprises.
Which locations do you ship custom orders to?
We ship from our Nigeria and Doha hubs to customers across Nigeria, Qatar, USA and internationally.
How long does delivery take after production?
Delivery within Nigeria takes 2 to 5 working days. International delivery takes 7 to 14 working days depending on your location.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched we will send you a tracking number via WhatsApp.
What if I am not satisfied with my custom print?
We review every order carefully before dispatch. If there is a production error on our end we will reprint or refund. Custom orders cannot be returned due to change of mind.
