Refund & Exchange Policy

We hope you love your purchase. However, if there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

Pre-cut fabrics are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Fabrics sold by the piece may be exchanged within 48 hours of delivery, provided they are unused, uncut, and in their original condition.

Returns, exchanges, or refunds will only be approved if:

* You received the wrong item.
* The fabric has a verified manufacturing defect.
* The item arrived damaged due to an error on our part.

Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos or videos of the issue.

Custom printed fabrics cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has begun, unless the error was made by The Fabric Butik.

Please note that slight variations in fabric colour due to lighting, photography, or screen settings are not considered defects and do not qualify for a return, exchange, or refund.
